The U.S. Bank concierge is a free benefit that gives on-demand personal assistance to eligible cardholders. Three U.S. Bank credit cards have this concierge benefit, which eligible cardholders can access by calling the number on the back of their card. Contacting the concierge is free, but the cardholder is responsible for any purchases they authorize the concierge to make.
U.S. Bank credit cards with the concierge benefit include: U.S. Bank Altitude Reserve Visa Infinite® Card, U.S. Bank Cash+® Visa Signature® Card and Radisson Premier Visa Signature® Credit Card.
Things the U.S. Bank Concierge Can Help With:

- Making restaurant reservations
- Recommending and purchasing gifts
- Arranging transportation
- Trying to locate lost baggage
While the concierge may not be able to help with every request, they will do their best to assist with anything.
