You cannot get a U.S. Bank credit card joint application. You can, however add a joint owner to your existing credit card account.

To do this, sign in to your account and from the My Accounts page click on Customer Service, then Self-Service. From the Credit Cards, Charge Cards, Personal Lines section, choose Manage My Accounts.

Click on the Add Joint Owner PDF to download it. Fill out the form and make sure you sign it, as well as your potential joint-owner.

You could also visit your local U.S. Bank branch to fill out the form in person.
