You can make a Walmart Store Card payment online, through the Capital One mobile app, over the phone, via mail, or in person at a Walmart store. To pay a Walmart Store Card bill online, log into the Capital One Walmart portal, click the “Make a Payment” button, and choose your payment date and amount. Choose or add your bank account and routing number to fund your payment. You can also set up recurring payments.
Phone payments can be made by calling the number on the back of your credit card. Follow the prompts, and have your credit card number handy because you will be asked to provide it. When the automated system asks if you’d like to make a credit card payment, select that option and follow the instructions to make a payment.
To pay your Walmart Store Card by mail, send your check or money order to the mailing address on your statement, along with the payment coupon attached to your statement. For the best results, write your credit card number on the front of your form of payment. If you don’t have your statement nearby, you can use the Capital One general payment mailing address: Capital One / Attn: Payment Processing / PO Box 71083 / Charlotte, NC 28272-1083.
Last but not least, you can make a Walmart Store Card payment in any Walmart store at the Customer Service desk, as long as you have your credit card with you. If you are a Sam's Club member, then you can also make a payment at any Sam's Club location.
Note that the Walmart Store Card used to be issued by Synchrony Bank. If you still have a Synchrony Walmart credit card, your card will be replaced with a new one soon. But if you need to make a payment on the old Synchrony Walmart store card, log in here.
