You can make a Wells Fargo Platinum credit card payment online, by phone, in-person or through the mail. The fastest and most convenient way to make a payment is online.
To pay your Wells Fargo Platinum card bill online, log in to your account from either the Wells Fargo website or mobile app and click the “Make Payment” link. Then, select the bank account you wish to pay from, the payment amount, and the requested payment date. There are options for either a one-time payment or a recurring payment every month on or before the Platinum card’s due date.
To make a Wells Fargo Platinum credit card payment by phone, call customer service at 1 (800) 869-3557. You will need to provide your bank’s routing number and your bank account number. You can also make a Wells Fargo Platinum credit card payment by cash or check at a Wells Fargo branch. You can’t make a payments through an ATM.
If you wish to pay your Wells Fargo Platinum credit card bill through the mail, send a check or money order to Wells Fargo Card Services, P.O. Box 51193, Los Angeles, CA 90051. Be sure to write your account number on your payment. Wells Fargo does not accept cash payments by mail.
Wells Fargo considers Platinum card payments received by midnight Pacific Time on the due date to be on time. Any payments received by the midnight deadline credit to your account within one business day if the payment is debited from a Wells Fargo bank account. Payments from other bank accounts make take 3 to 5 business days to be credited.
