The Wells Fargo Platinum Credit Card does not offer rewards. But that does not mean it’s a bad card. It’s just not what Platinum was built for. Wells Fargo Platinum is all about 0% financing and no annual fees.
No rewards is actually common for a 0% credit card such as Wells Fargo Platinum, and a low rate will save you a lot more than rewards if you plan to carry a balance from month to month. That’s especially true if you can pay off your balance within a year and a half because Wells Fargo Platinum offers 0% purchases and balance transfers for 18 months. That’s an uncommonly long time, which perhaps explains why it requires good credit for approval.
Even though Wells Fargo Platinum does not offer rewards, it does have some other helpful benefits. For example, it comes with rental car insurance, roadside dispatch assistance and travel accident insurance. And you also get stuff like coverage for cell phone damage or theft.
No rewards for this one, sorry. No annual fee is nice though!
