You can do a balance transfer with Wells Fargo Propel by requesting it online or when you apply for the card. You could also do it by calling 1-800-642-4720.

The Propel has a transfer intro APR of 0% for 12 months on qualifying balance transfers and a transfer fee of 3% (min $5) for balances transferred within 120 days of account opening.

After that, any balance you want to transfer will have an APR of 14.49% - 24.99% Variable and a balance transfer fee of 5% (min $5).

Keep in mind that your transferable amount plus fee cannot be greater than your available credit limit.
