The Wells Fargo Propel foreign transaction fee is 0%. The card also comes with a $0 annual fee. So, you’ll pocket most of the rewards you earn with Wells Fargo Propel. It gives 1 - 3 points per $1, depending on the type of purchase. However, the Wells Fargo Propel is no longer available to new applicants.
