After 61 days, one can apply for a 3x CLI by going onto their website & requesting, be sure to enter the amount desired, Have received another 6 months afterwards.
AMEX performs soft pulls for increasing (or decreasing) credit lines & will check a lot during the first year or so. Of course, many CC issuers may do the same, these aren't seen unless pulling one's credit reports yearly.
Plus AMEX provides the Experian FICO at no extra charge & updated monthly when going onto their site, click 'Additional Services'. Best CC company I've ever dealt with. Wish I'd not cancelled their card over 15 years ago, had a $14,000 line with zero balance & didn't realize what I was doing.
