Here’s how to make a balance transfer with Capital One QuicksilverOne:

1. Log in to your online account or mobile app.
2. Select “Transfer a Balance” under the “Offers and Upgrades” section.
3. Click “Select Offer” beside the offer you would like to select. If you have multiple accounts, offers will display for the one you selected after logging in. You can go back to the home page and select other cards to view other offers.
4. If given the option for “Transfer a Balance,” “Send Me a Check,” or “Send a Check To Anyone,” select the button beside the option you would like to request and click “Continue”.
5. Provide the name, account number and payment address of the other creditor (from whom you wish to transfer the debt). In the “Amount” field, enter the amount you would like to transfer, up to your available credit limit.
6. Review the terms and conditions, and click “Accept Terms and Conditions” if you accept them.
