Your Capital One Venture card miles become available within a few days after a purchase.

Now, if you are talking about the 50,000 bonus miles, these will show up on your rewards balance about two months after you made the relevant purchases. So, if you're going to use them, plan a bit ahead!

Keep in mind that your rewards are yours for the life of the account—they will not expire. But if your account is closed, you will lose any rewards you have not redeemed.
