Hi! Yes, in general you should be able to use your card, and the fees will probably be the same or perhaps a bit higher than the fees for using an ATM outside your main bank in the US. You will pay an exchange fee based on the exchange rate at the time and whatever other fees the bank charges to convert currency.
Before you leave the country, be sure to let your bank know you are going to be using the ATM card abroad. The bank will probably need to take some action in house to make sure that card is activated for use in foreign countries.
