Why was a fraudulent transaction run through my Direct Express debit card on January 1, 2016, my card was frozen on January 2, 2016 and the funds released to the fraud "person" on January 3, 2016 after I had spoken with a Direct Express Fraud dept employee to confirm I did not make the transaction?
