World Elite Concierge is a free benefit on World Elite Mastercard credit cards. The Mastercard World Elite Concierge service provides 24/7 on-demand personal assistance with nearly anything a cardholder can think of, from purchasing event tickets and making restaurant reservations to help locating lost luggage.
Although cardholders can ask for help with pretty much anything, the concierge may not always be able to fulfill a request. In addition, using the World Elite Concierge is free but cardholders are responsible for any charges they authorize the concierge to make on their behalf (such as a travel booking, ticket purchase, etc.).
Ways to Contact the Mastercard World Elite Concierge
- Via phone: Call the number on the back of your World Elite Mastercard.
- Through the mobile app: Download the Mastercard Concierge app for iOS or Android.
- Online: Visit Mastercard’s online concierge page and enter your name, your email address, and the first 6 digits of your card number.
World Elite Mastercard is the highest benefits tier that Mastercard has to offer. Eligible cardholders also get to enjoy perks such as a multitude of discounts with partnered merchants and up to $1,000 in cell phone insurance, as a result.
Finally, it’s good to note that people who have a World Mastercard (the second-highest tier of Mastercard) may have access to a Mastercard concierge as well. This concierge appears to be functionally identical to the World Elite Concierge, but it’s not called “Elite” and is available on select World Mastercards.
