CoreLogic is a consumer reporting agency that produces credit reports, like the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion). The CoreLogic credit report, Anthem, combines credit data from all three major credit bureaus and adds payment history for rent and utility accounts.
The company has a real estate focus and uses data analytics to enable better valuation, underwriting, risk management, and market intelligence related to that industry. As a result, you may see CoreLogic (or CoreLogic Credco) appear on your credit report when you apply for a mortage or rental housing; companies can hire them to screen you before extending housing.
If you would like to obtain a copy of your CoreLogic Credco credit report, contact CoreLogic's consumer relations department at (877) 532-8778. Note that you would like a disclosure copy of your consumer file.
