Sending an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your WalletHub account. This email must include the unique ID listed on the bottom of your account’s settings page. After we receive your ID, your account will be deleted.
Please note that due to the security protocols put in place to protect your account, this process can take up to 5 business days.

What’s unique listed? I don’t know where is it?
there is no "..unique ID listed on the bottom of your account’s settings page" I am on a desktop computer running Mac iOS Big Sur v11.1
