Does anyone have advice on a good home warranty company? I used American Shield before and they were expensive, also try to avoid paying much. Now the last 3+ years with Choice Home have been disappointing. I'm inclined to spend more time finding a good service ship, than to use another one. Any advice on who is good and why? I have AHS on another property and I swear by them. They’ve fixed my AC unit, then I had to call them back on a recall fix free of charge and they keep coming back until it’s fix completely free of charge. They fix my fridge that was leaking. Greatest experience ever. I hear good things about 2-10 home warranty from a lot of technicians in my area because I invest in real estate but I haven’t used them as yet
