First PREMIER Bank waives annual fees if the card’s terms state that it will forgo the fee for the first year, or if a cardholder can demonstrate a financial hardship. Beyond that, the odds of getting First PREMIER Bank to waive an annual fee are minimal, but there’s no harm in asking.

- First PREMIER Bank may waive your annual fee if you contact customer service at 800-987-5521 and request a fee waiver.
While it’s unlikely First PREMIER Bank will grant an annual fee waiver if you simply call and ask for one, there’s no risk in making the request.
