Can I contest an ambulance bill and an insurance claim rejection? How can I do this?

You must sent a letter to the company that provided the ambulance bill. Explain why you feel that you do not owe the money. Your letter must be detailed, thorough, and concise. You may send a similar letter to the Insurance Company explaining why you feel that they are responsible for the bill. Be sure to include your name, address, account number, amount, date of service, and your phone number on the letter. With each letter include a copy of the bill. In addition, if the collection has appeared on your credit report, you can provide a copy of your dispute letter to them. Remember to keep copies of all correspondences for your records.
