So you lost your declarations page? Not a big deal typically.
First, call your insurance agent and ask them to email you a copy.
Second, call your insurance company (or log into them) and request them to email a copy.
Both of them may have a policy that you will need to log onto their site to download it, which you will need to log into to begin the process
Third, think back, did they produce an electronic version at any time for you? They may have and it may still be in your email box.
Lastly, this is a good reminder to all of us. Make copies of your insurance documents and keep them in 1. Your Safe Deposit Box and 2. On a password protected file on your Computer and 3. On a password protected file on a backup cloud device.
