NJ is usually described as the leader of The Four States of the Apocalypse with the most fleeing the corruption, terror, Apartheid schools and neighborhoods, bad dangerous untrained police, worst courts and criminal justice system in the world (they literally had to legalize MJ to stop bad police wrecking lives) and far worse and more. Whoever ranked New Jersey at the top clearly has never been to the state or talked to the people here, nothing but out of context and largely fraudulent statistics and numbers. Quality is important not quantity and numbers. People who found a home in New Jersey working in Manhattan usually say that was the worst imaginable mistake they have ever made or could have made. Famous people have described New Jersey as like “having been kidnapped by aliens and taken to a penal colony,” a common view. There are some good people and maybe a few areas not that bad to live in New Jersey but it’s still in the worst and most corrupt state and if you care about your family and children and posterity there is only one solution: Leave New Jersey and never, ever come back and warn your children to never forget and never set foot in this state ever again. DYFS/DCPP is the worst corrupt child trafficking organization in the world and supported Epstein’s trafficking from the Teterboro/Hackensack airport with over 700 flights, Bergen County Courthouse and Family courts/CPS/DCPP are the evil that kept that going and did even worse before that second level of human child trafficking for $2 Billion a year. Booker heard some good advice to stop police corruption and end the qualified immunity which drives the state of New Jersey corruption. Let’s see if it passes and people can start bringing charges and making change.
I see it different. NJ is one if the wealthiest states, so of course houses cost more. Called economy of scale. NJ has a lot of businesses. I hear tons of horror stories of people moving out for money reasons, and wanting to come back, but cant as salaries are lower. If money is your only reason, fine. But it should not be. But it is a personal choice. Relook at the data.
It's actually funny. What is real is not what you see but what they concoct.
