I know of one personally in our firm, but he is giving up his tax practice right now as he is getting ready to retire. You can use the Wallet Hub Advisor Search feature and under "Advanced Options," you can select only CFP and CPA and it will narrow the list to those with both credentials (though you will only be seeing ones that are registered here at Wallet Hub).
You can check the CFP Board website's Find a CFP feature, and search for advisors in your area and then see which ones also have their CPA license.
One note I will suggest is that if you are looking for someone to handle all of your financial planning, investment management, and tax work, be very sure to do your due diligence to make sure that the person is someone your are comfortable with. The more services you have one person provide for you, the more opportunity there is for that person to take advantage of you if s/he was so inclined. I am in no way saying that that would be the case, but like with anything, I am merely suggesting that you should exercise the appropriate level of caution and research in making such a decision.
