I'm assuming your parents are maybe "playing" with you a bit. But, some thoughts...
1. Wills don't have to be fair. The only person that has any right to an inheritance is a spouse. Beyond that, your parents can choose to split their belongings however they decide, including giving you and your brother nothing.
2. I don't think there is a lawyer in the world that would draft a will with that kind of language in it.
3. I'll bet your parents don't have a will. That means the state will decide who gets what. Not them, not you, not anyone else. A judge will decide.
Address the issue with your parents again and see what estate planning they actually have done. If they don't have anything, have them see an Estate Planning Attorney as soon as possible.
