To delete your Frontier Miles account, you’ll need to contact customer service by calling (801) 401-9000 or using live chat. Any remaining miles, elite status, and associated perks will be forfeited once your account is closed and cannot be reinstated. So, be sure to redeem your miles before closing your account, as any unused miles will be lost.
How to Delete Your Frontier Miles Account Online
- Visit the Frontier Airlines chat support page.
- Choose your preferred language: English or Spanish.
- Send a message asking to be connected to a live agent because you want to close your account. Confirm your selection to the chatbot.
- Complete the form sent by the chatbot, including your full name, confirmation code, Frontier Miles number, and email address, then click "Submit."
- Provide any additional details requested by the agent and confirm your account closure.
