If my card was stolen, do I get my money back?

If you call NetSpend at 1-866-387-7363 within two business days of noticing your card is missing, you are liable for no more than $50, and you'll get the rest of the funds back.
If you fail to notice them within this timeframe, you could lose as much as $500. Please note that this reduced liability does not apply if a PIN is used as a method of verification for a disputed transaction, or if you have reported two or more such incidents the previous year.

No they provide no protection!!!! Someone used my account information and took my whole 1200 check. They were somehow able to get money oit the ATM and spend money at the store. I'm out 1200 and they wont do anything about it.
