Yes, it is best to ask for cash back from the cashier when buying groceries in order to avoid any ATM fees. You can withdraw funds from any ATM, but you will have to pay a $2.50 withdrawal each time you do. You might also get hit with an ATM-owner surcharge if you don’t use a 7-11 ATM. That’s why we recommend getting cash back from the cashier when you check out at the grocery store. There are no fees for that method. Hope this helps.
