I'm a brand new customer today and can I even activate my card or get to my money been on and off with customer service all day no help at all can barely speak English, rude just not what I was expecting out of a multi-million dollar business I mean come on bring that I see your 2021 and you can't even help me activate my card what kind of silliness is that and then I read to the threads and it happens to everyone and you guys are no help to this is really sad I know you guys don't care what I have to say I'm probably just a number to you I'm going to say it anyways

I paid my money for the card and put 60 on there to start and I can't access my money. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They tell me I have to register my card I've put the info in 20 times at least. Smh will never use green dot again
For what they will not help you do it I've been going through it all day
I've been trying for 3 days now an about 9-11 hrs. on hold etc. just to try to activate my overdraft protection that I've earned to receive after being with the company for 6 yrs and nothing is being done to help me for 2 days I've been trying to get a link they keep saying they've sent to my gmail. account haven't received anything I'm wore out I feel like I work for them
