Every time I call to dispute like 6 of the transactions on my direct Express card the recording says that you are experiencing a high volume of calls please try back at a later time then hangs up on me. You told me to call right away for any dispute I have been trying since the 2nd but to no avail I just keep getting the same result.
Call your local social security field office if you can’t resolve the issue with Direct Express. My card was stolen, and the thieves changed the PIN, so I couldn’t do anything on the automated line. I kept getting a recording telling me to call back and try again later. It wasn’t until I got a live person on the line with the social security field office that I was able to even get it reported, and that person filed a complaint on my behalf.
My card is damaged and I need another one sent to me and I called the number on the back of the card to speak to someone but it just keeps saying we are having high volume calls right now try again later I can not get through to him how can I get my card replaced if I can not talk to someone
Everytime i call customer service to report my stolen card it tells me the call volume is high and then hangs up. I need to report my card stolen an request a new one
