Every time I call to dispute like 6 of the transactions on my direct Express card the recording says that you are experiencing a high volume of calls please try back at a later time then hangs up on me. You told me to call right away for any dispute I have been trying since the 2nd but to no avail I just keep getting the same result.
Some one used my card number and deleted my account. You sente paperwork and I lost it. Do I need you to resend paperwork to me.
