Calling right away will help make sure you aren’t held responsible for any unauthorized transactions made with your lost card.
Receiving a replacement card can take as long as 10 business days, but your funds will be available on the new card.

I lost card and need new card asap Bec have pay rent. I called yesterday all afternoon and today all day long hardly get touch them! I fed up . Is open all night?
Direct Express sucks. I've been trying to report a lost card for 2 days now but can't get them to report it and can't get any money to pay my bills. I'm very unhappy.
