Every time I call to dispute like 6 of the transactions on my direct Express card the recording says that you are experiencing a high volume of calls please try back at a later time then hangs up on me. You told me to call right away for any dispute I have been trying since the 2nd but to no avail I just keep getting the same result.
My card is damaged and I need another one sent to me and I called the number on the back of the card to speak to someone but it just keeps saying we are having high volume calls right now try again later I can not get through to him how can I get my card replaced if I can not talk to someone
Everytime i call customer service to report my stolen card it tells me the call volume is high and then hangs up. I need to report my card stolen an request a new one
