I bought one cause my house had burned down. Needed a card to get light on at a new place They madd it impossibly hard on me to get it activated. Never did. Finally just had to go to Walmart spend it all at one time . All 550.00 just to get my money off the card. Than returned all the stuff to Walmart. Where I bought a Walmart Money card. Best card ever. Stay away from Net Soend worst worst people
Monthly fees don't apply to a Netspend card if it isn't unpacked. This is because the default fee plan is pay as you go, which only charges you every time you make a purchase.
However, even if the card isn't registered or activated, a $5.95 inactivity fee will be assessed after 90 days from the first time it's loaded. This fee is charged monthly.
