You can activate your Green Dot card online here. You will need to provide the card number, the security code from the back of your card, the expiration date and the last four digits of your social security number. You will also have to select a four-digit PIN.

I got a green dot car at family dollar store, on 2-10-21. I have tried everything to be able to use it and can’t. I got $20.00 prepaid card. And now I’m being told I only have $4.10 left on it do to monthly charges. And I still can’t use it to get the 4.10 left on it. I can’t find a place to make a pin. Greedot stole from me. I didn’t want and account. Please help me to at least get my $4.
