Unfortunately, this information is unavailable on Direct Express’ website. That being said, funds transfers typically take about 2-3 business days to arrive. To transfer funds from your Direct Express card to a U.S. bank account, please call Customer Service at 1 (888) 741-1115 or visit their website, at www.USDirectExpress.com.
