I am thinking about opening an account with Capital one 360 to take advantage of the no foreign ATM fee. Can I have more information about this? Is there a catch?

DONT DO IT they have extremely twisted regulations, My account has been a nightmare since day 1 8 months later I stll have not been able to have it resolved

I wish i could give them a zero. Horrible experience for anyone who cares about their money. Won't help you. EVEN IF YOUR CARD IS STOLEN OFF HOURS THEY HAVE NO ONE AVAILABLE OVERNIGHT TO REPORT IT TO. They'll let your account go negative even if you use the card 2 cities away from the charge within minutes of each charge in the middle of the night. Good luck getting someone on the phone 24 hours, they close at 8. This includes reporting your card stolen. They will not help. - 10 on a scale of 1-5. Bbb, ftc, and fdic complaints filed and lawyers contacted.
