If you are interested in overdrafting your account when using your debit card, you will have to call 800-947-2265 in order to opt-in to this feature. This change will be effective for the following business night's processing. You can visit the following link for more details: https://www.regions.com/faq/coverage.rf#Q13. Please note that typically new customers are subjected to other rules and in most cases they have to wait at least 30 days in order to overdraft their account. Please call customer service at 800-734-4667 for more details.
