Most professional advisors to small businesses do not work for free. As a small business owner, I'm sure you don't work for free either. But your question is an interesting one and I would suggest that you use various Internet sites for the purpose of getting started on seeking out the advice ypu need. As an example, the IRS website is outstanding and will answer many questions related to tax issues. There are many banks, brokerage houses and vendors who have extensive websites that could lead you in the right direction. Having said this, I would further state that this is not information you may necessarily depend upon and the next step would be to back it up with additional facts and individual research. Other than this, I don't know where you can get free advice. There's an old expression that you get what you pay for and if the advice is specific to a particular need in your business, check with some other business owners to determine where they get their advice and never hesitate to ask about fees. Free, I don't think so. Good luck
