Is there a great benefit for using the attorney my parents also use for my legal help or should I find a different one for my own?
My parents have used the same attorney for help for the last 12 years. I don't know if it would be best for me to find my own or for is it helpful that this lawyer already knows some of my family history. This would be for general legal advice.
If you like their attorney and you are happy with their fees, then using that one is probably the easiest choice. After 12 years of service to your parents they should know all the pertinent details already and will treat you well. This will save you a lot time and money than having to bring someone new up to speed. Good luck.
