I think the key to starting any business (regardless of background or what degree(s) you have) is to do something that you are passionate about. At an absolute bare minimum, it should be something you enjoy.
If you do something you love and/or are passionate about, you will have a better chance of success in the long-run. Even a business that you are passionate about may fail in the end (a majority of small businesses and start-ups do), but if you do something that you don't really like or just start a certain type of business because you think it will pay well, your chances of failure are much, much higher.
