Corporate tax rates are only applicable to what are referred to as C corporations. The corporate rates for 2015 were as follows:

The remaining corporate form is what is referred to as an S corporation. S corporations do not pay taxes but instead, pass the taxable income and deductions out to the individual shareholders where they report their proportionate share of income and expenses on the personal income tax return.
