Presuming you qualify for claiming child care credit, preschool tuition can be claimed as an expense on IRS Form 2441. Tuition for Kindergarten and up can't be claimed for child care credit but any charges for after school care would be.
But to your husband have to have earned income in order for you to take the child care tax credit. If you both don't have earned income, then you can't take the credit.
