The purchase price of the house whether paid for in cash or with a mortgage has little or no relationship to the real estate taxes that will be due. As to how much they will be, I'm not sure anyone can answer this other than your real estate broker or the city or town hall tax department in the city or county where you are going to purchase the house. Give them a call to determine what the taxes are and have been for the past few years and ask them whether the taxes are paid annually or semiannually which is typically the case.
