Unfortunately, because of TransUnion security protocols, we cannot override the 30-day lock out. With that said, the error you received was because the information you provided was not accepted by TransUnion. This was either because you answered a security question incorrectly (a very common occurrence), or because there may be some mistakes on your TransUnion credit report.
In any case, a good idea would be to call TransUnion at 877-322-8228 and request a free credit report in order to ensure their info is accurate and correct. That way, once the lock out expires, the information you enter and the questions you answer on WalletHub will be completely correct.
