Wait, what do you mean? Are you going to get the card on your own personal credit? If so, on 640 you've got a whole bunch of store cards, really. That's usually in the 640 range, because you generally need about 690-700 to start seeing actually decent cards. That being said, I think Quicksilver One Cash Rewards fits your bill. It's not a store card, and it's pretty good for the requirements.
