If your Direct Express Card is lost or stolen, immediately call the Direct Express customer service department at 1(888) 741-1115. Receiving a replacement card can take as long as 10 business days, but your funds will be available on the new card. Calling right away will help make sure you aren’t held responsible for any unauthorized transactions made with your lost card.
