Ck all your credit card accounts on your report.. are any of your balances greater than 33% of the max you can charge.. if so, this is one reason.
Do you have any credit card accounts that have been zero balance for greater than 6 months .. then the system does not take that account into the scoring model. You need to use zero balance CC with in the 6 month window to keep it active on the scoring system
