    My friends make fun of me sometimes for still using checks but they can come in handy sometimes even in this digital age! Plus a checking account is useful to have anyways. I've banked before with some of the big national brand names and hated all the countless fees that seemed to always come with. 1st Capital Bank beats them hands down, with better rates and service, I see myself being a lifelong customer if they keep up the good work

    I have had my checking account with 1st capital bank for a couple years now and I absolutely love it. The customer service is great and they are very upfront about any fees that may occur. I have not had a single problem with them and I love that I have access to it 24/7 anywhere anytime. They are a great bank and I always refer my friends and family. I plan on banking with them for many years to come and I hope my friends and family do as well.

    My checking account is with 1st Capital Bank because the customer service there is great. When I walk in, they know my name and it feels very much like a hometown bank. One time, they called me at home to say they noticed an alert with my account and that someone was trying to access it. They immediately calmed me down and I drove to the bank. They told me what steps to take for security purposes. They took care of the problem in less than 24 hours. I will remain a customer of theirs for a very long time.

    1st Capital Bank is the newest account I have opened solely for travel purposes as I needed a checking account I can use anywhere, anytime in any country. 1st Capital Bank online services allow me to track all of my expenses for travel and is updated in real time accordingly. I have traveled to France and found no need to use travelers checks as I used nothing but my account with this bank. This made everything so much simpler and I will continue to use my account for future vacations and future flights overseas which are work related as well. 10 out of 10 for sure!
