America First Credit Union has restored my faith in credit unions and financial institutions in general. They don't charge anywhere near as many fees for their services as other banks do. The one time I was assessed an overdraft fee that I believed was an error, they removed the charge with no argument. Unparalleled customer service makes this the best credit union I have ever dealt with.

The most serious issue I have had with American First Credit Union Checking account is that they while using bill pay they put my money in the wrong account. Earlier in the week I had placed a nice amount of money in the bank in what I believed was my checking account, but they placed the money in my savings account. So when I paid my credit card bill I was assessed a $25.00 fee from my credit card and another $25.00 fee from the Credit Union because the money was not in my checking account. I became really anxious about this and called and asked what the problem was. I was able to get the $25.00 fees taken off both from my checking account and from the credit card just by talking with American First. They are a great company and really do take care of their clients.
