
While I was able to open the account online, when trying to add my wife (as a joint account holder) it is actually impossible as she 1) must have a cell phone 2) it has to be in her name and 3) cell phone account must be her home address. This is not possible as her phone is in a family plan (mine)...i.e., the account holder is me, not her. So the security code can not be sent to verify her access. We spent over 3 hours on the phone with various Customer Service Representatives (all very nice) and this problem can not be resolved. The suggestion they had was she needed to get out of her family plan and get her own phone account. The website offers other methods of contact, but they do not work...only option is a mobile phone text...no other choices. I did not like this so we closed the account.
