
The banking service is a joke! Electronic payments take 10 days to get to the company you're trying to pay and they've lost two payments in the last three months. I'm still trying to resolve this issue with little help from their customer service group. They won't take travelers checks which is common method of payment with new tenants so I had to open another account locally to cash them. There are limits on how much you can deposit from a check using your phone so they accept your check and then dribble the money into your account costing you interest on your money. Save yourself the trouble and endless wait times on the phone, talk to a local bank! it's still the best option
