Do you need direct deposit if you maintain $15,000?
Is there a penalty for canceling the account after one year? Is the 0.01 variable interest rate based on the account balance? How are checks written on the account? Are they like traditional checking accounts. Is there a penalty for closing the account after one year if conditions change like reduced interest rates? Do you still keep the bonus?

The direct deposit is one of the features of the checking account and is not connected to the $15,000 daily average balance of qualifying linked deposits/investments needed to waive the monthly service fee of $25. Yes, the 0.01% variable interest rate is based on your daily collected balance. You will receive Chase designed checks without having to pay a fee and you can use these to make payments or deposits. No, there’s no penalty if you decide to close the account after one year. Yes, the bonus will be deducted if you close the account within 6 months after opening it. Please note that at the moment Chase offers an initial bonus only for its “Chase Total Checking account”.

I have been with Chase since I moved back to Houston thirteen years ago. The customer service I receive is always impressive. I love the mobile access to my checking account, but my favorite feature is depositing checks via my cell phone. There seems to be a Chase ATM within range of where ever I am in the area. The overdraft protection plan has also saved me on occasion. I have banked with others in the past, but Chase, by far, offers the best options and customer service.

This is by far the best bank to deal with in every aspect. Their customer service is phenomenal. If you call in, you will get a real person that you can understand, who will be caring and compassionate. If you go to the branch, they are quick, friendly and efficient. My wallet was stolen. Every single person at Chase was helpful and compassionate when I came to them for help. When I called in, the rep was very sweet and worked quickly. I went into the branch to have a new debit card issued and the branch told me that they will typically give you enough money to replace your ID in the event that yours is stolen. What kind of bank does that? I love them. I have never had a single issue with this account.

I was forced to switch to Chase when we moved to Denver because Bank of America doesn't have any branches in Denver. I was really surprised by that and couldn't believe they didn't! But I chose to switch to Chase because they are large and have branches and ATMs all over the place. I have never paid an ATM fee because there is always one nearby. The customer service has been excellent and I love Joe my local branch. Everyone has been great. I'm actually happy that we switched.

I've been a member of Chase for 8 years. Before that, I had always held my checking account in a small private bank in Milwaukee. When I moved to Chicago, I found it was really inconvenient to have a checking account with a bank that had branches only in select locations. Chase is everywhere. Their Chase Premier Plus Checking account has provided me with cost savings as I travel internationally; their branches are accessible and customer service always personable.

I like this checking account because of the quality customer service that Chase offers. Some of the perks of this checking account are not the best and you can find much better elsewhere, but that is not the same with the customer service. Whether online or in person at the bank, they treat me like I am number one. A few things I do not like though are the monthly fees or the charges for non-bank ATMs. I think these are big detractors.

I have been a Chase Premier Plus Checking member for years. When using my card there are no withdrawal fees. Chase is the bank that i have been banking with for years that offers the chase Premier Plus checking card. As people may not know, but there are not many chase banks in the US. Chase is one of the most trust bank that i have ever bank with. With the chase Premier Plus card there are no checking fees. Safe offers low credit rates on loans. For every purchase using your chase card he or she earned points when you chose the option credit instead of debit. Chase members can redeemed their points at any time for all types of rewards. If one chose cash, chase will deposit your funds into your checking account within a few days with no questions asked.

Chase has been very good to me over the years. I have been banking with Chase ever since they took over Washington Mutual. Whenever I have had any problems with my account, I would either call Chase or go to my local branch and they would be sure to accurately resolve my issue to the best ability they could. I have been the victim of credit card fraud in the past and Chase was quick to catch the fraudulent spending and contact me to confirm the charges and after they were correctly identified to be fraud, they quickly cancelled the card and sent a new one to me asap. I would highly recommend Chase.

I have had my Chase Premier Plus checking account for 6-plus years now and plan to stick with the great service it offers. I like the fact that I can easily link this account to my other accounts and transact business online so easily between the accounts with transfer features. The convenience of the online features notwithstanding, the overdraft protection, free checks and lack of monthly fees are also a huge plus compared to others out there. I also appreciate the good customer service I've gotten banking with Chase from day one. This is a good service and I recommend it.

I chose to start banking with Chase because I was so satisfied with their credit cards. The bank was offering a good promotion a couple of years ago, so I went for it, and I've been very satisfied. They are especially strong in customer support. They always remember my name when I come, and I like the modern feel of the space. These little things really count!

I have had a Chase checking account for about 6 years now. It has served me well. I have never had issues with deposits not showing up or long wait times for deposits. I like the fact I can make check deposits from my smartphone. I plan to keep this account for quite some time.

I have a Premier Plus account and I think Chase is excellent. I've never had an issue with Chase and they even let me off the hook once when I accidentally over-drafted. Their customer service is excellent as well. The only downfall is that monthly fee, which seems to be a little too high in my opinion; if they lowered that, I would be a bit happier with this account. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about Chase!

I currently have a Chase Premier Plus Checking account and couldn't be happier. I have never had any issues with the bank. The one time i did overdraw my account they were able to waive my overdraft fee within a minute of being on the call. Also, on my debit cards with other banks the magnastrip always wears out and never swipes right. The Chase debit card I have had for 1.5 years and it swipes just as clear now as it did from day one.

I opened a chase premier checking account because of a very bad experience with another bank. It was easy to open and everyone worked with me to even help settle the problems I was having with the previous institution. On top of it since I was a military veteran I was able to get a free upgrade to the “premier plus checking” without any extra monthly fee. It’s been a great experience so far at chase and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

So far it's been good. The bank doesn't ask for much. I have had identity theft issues and the bank has responded every time. I get the money and they do play with the balance but after asking them what was happening. They told me how to avoid it. It helps a lot to ask. You have to know how to use the debit atm to your advantage. This bank taught me all the ins and outs. I can't ask for more. I'm a military veteran and they give me the Chase Premier Checking account because of it. I think the world of this bank. And Gladly recommend it.

I have been a Chase banking member, for some time now. They have always been a very ethical bank and have treated me very well over the years. Currently, I have the Chase Premier Plus checking account, along with many other forms of business, with Chase Bank. While I do feel the fees for this account can be excessive, the rewards for the account far outweigh the negatives. The customer service with Chase is great, as well. They are always very understanding and do what they can to help you. Being one of the largest banks in the world also has its advantages. I never have to worry if I will be able to find a banking location when I’m away from home. Great bank!
