When I was in high school I had left my purse at school unknowingly, I looked everywhere for it and couldn't find it however I only realized it was missing when I got home. My mom had always gotten upset about me losing things because it's "irresponsible" so I was terrified of telling her. Eventually, I mustered up the courage to tell her because I knew there was a potential for money to be taken from my card. When I told her she said I had to call the bank because I wasn't sure of my account information and needed to get a new card and cancel my old one. When I called the representative I spoke to was super helpful, she told me my bank information and helped me figure out how to cancel my card and get a new one without me even asking, all I had asked for was my account information. Overall Frost Bank was super helpful.
