
I had this account for 6 years, and it served me well while in central Ohio. The biggest negative of this account is the limited national scope of KeyBank branches.
The fees were waved from setting up direct deposit, which made the account a bargain for the the benefits received. I have found the customer service through KeyBank to be exceptional, whether you call or go to a branch. The online bill pay system has evolved a lot in the last few years, and has definitely improved. I really like the ability to mail paper checks through the online bill pay system.
Beware that the KeyBank Rewards program does cost money, and will not be worth the investment unless you use the account A LOT.
