Insanely high APR and flat out scammy. Will never use dealership loan again. My $5000 car is now $13,000. Almost triple! And all pre calculated so even never being late you can’t drop that APR. Find a loan with your bank!

I’m on my 3rd car with the help of credit acceptance and my credit score has not moved up in 3 years.I need my score to move up not backwards.

My payment is now 1000 Because they work with me. So everything looks good to me they are the one you will choose them .If you need a car they are the best.

I love this insurance they keep me updated on all my next payments and if I need to change anything prior they are always on point

They lie every time you talk to them. They have repossessed my car 3 tines without every calling or sending a letter to try and work with me. I have talked to so many people there who have told me if I pay a certain amount I will be good, and then they still come and get the car. I will never ever use them ever again I'd rather walk or take public transportation than get a car through them.

My insurance company payed car off it was totaled the paper work got Cross up it took longer then expected but it has been payed in full

High interest rate....pain in the butt to get ahold of them for any thing..can understand most of the people from customer service ....they don't speak english.....I can't wait to move on from them..

Predatory. Get everything in writing. I returned the car because it wasn't worth it, they said it would be closed in full but 7 years later it's still counting missed payments of the full amount, not the balance I still owed even if they weren't going to close it.

Pleasant experience considering my fiance and I had basically zero credit yet they still financed us. Since we've not missed any payments our credit scores have increased!
